Words with an initial capital letter have the meanings defined below. These definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural form.

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement. Where a person is under 18 years of age, a parent, guardian, or responsible adult should make the Booking on their behalf.

Booking Requests and Transport Services
Booking confirmation
Submitting an online form or enquiry does not by itself guarantee that a vehicle or Driver has been assigned. A Booking is confirmed only when the Company communicates confirmation to You.
Availability
All Services are subject to vehicle, Driver, location, time, passenger-capacity, luggage-capacity, and operational availability.
Booking information
You should provide complete and accurate information, including:
- Passenger name and contact details.
- Pickup and destination addresses.
- Required date and pickup time.
- Passenger numbers and luggage requirements.
- Flight number and expected arrival information for airport pickups.
- Vehicle preference and any relevant special instructions.
Vehicle selection
Vehicle descriptions and passenger capacities shown on the Website are provided as a general guide. The appropriate vehicle may depend on passenger numbers, luggage quantity, accessibility needs, road conditions, and availability.
Changes and cancellations
Contact the Company as soon as possible if You need to change or cancel a Booking. Any cancellation, waiting, no-show, airport, parking, toll, or other applicable charge should be communicated as part of the Booking arrangement where relevant.
Delays
Pickup and journey times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes, accidents, passenger delays, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Parcel delivery
Parcel-delivery requests are subject to item size, weight, contents, vehicle suitability, and legal requirements. The Company may refuse dangerous, unlawful, prohibited, inadequately packaged, or unsuitable items.
Your Responsibilities
When using the Website or Services, You agree to:
Provide Accurate Information
Ensure all names, contact information, addresses, flight details, times, and passenger information are correct.
Be Ready for Pickup
Be available at the agreed pickup location and time and provide reasonable access instructions where necessary.
Declare Travel Requirements
Inform Us about passenger numbers, large luggage, child-seat requests, mobility needs, or other important requirements.
Use Services Lawfully
Do not use the Website or Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, dangerous, or misleading purposes.
You are responsible for the conduct of passengers included in a Booking made by You and for ensuring they comply with reasonable safety instructions given by the Driver.
Links and Third-Party Services
The Website may contain links to websites, maps, payment systems, advertising platforms, social-media services, or other resources not owned or controlled by the Company.
We do not control the content, availability, security, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites and services.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for loss arising directly from your independent use of or reliance on third-party content, products, websites, or services.
You should review the terms, privacy policies, and security information of any third-party service before using it or providing personal information.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website or Services where reasonably necessary, including where:
- You materially breach these Terms.
- Fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unsafe activity is suspected.
- False or misleading booking information is provided.
- Website, payment, booking, or security systems are being misused.
- Suspension is required to protect passengers, Drivers, the Company, or another person.

Termination of Website access does not affect rights, payments, obligations, or liabilities that arose before termination.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, condition, or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, Services come with consumer guarantees, including guarantees that applicable services will be provided with due care and skill.
Any exclusion, disclaimer, or limitation in these Terms applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Website or Services.
This may include loss resulting from:
- Traffic delays, road closures, weather, accidents, or flight disruption.
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

These Terms, together with any confirmed booking-specific conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement relating to your use of the Website and Services.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify or replace these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, Services, business practices, legal requirements, or operational arrangements.
Where a change is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the Website or another appropriate communication method before the change takes effect.
